1, 6 oz. lemon Jelloİ
1, 6 oz. orange Jelloİ
2 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. cold water
1, 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained but save juice
3 bananas, diced
Small package minature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jellosİ in boiling water and add cold water. Chill until thick as molasses. Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour into 9" x 13" dish prepared with cooking spray. After firmly gelled, spread with frosting:

1 egg, beaten
2 Tsp. butter or margarine
1 c. reserved pineapple juice
2 Tsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar

1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Combine first five ingredients. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and fold mixture into whipped cream. Spread over jello, sprinkle with the shredded cheese and continue chilling until served.
