2 pork tenderloins of equal size (have them split lengthwise and flattened)
4 slices bacon

*Sage Stuffing - see recipe listed under Side Dishes Catagory or use pkg. prepared stuffing.

Season the meat. Spread Sage Stuffing over one, and lay the other on top. Skewer the edges together, and season the outside. Top with the bacon slices. Place on a rack in an open roasting pan, and roast for 1-1/2 hours at 325º.

For speedy preparation, use an 8oz package (3-1/2 cups) of prepared stuffing. If that's too much, bake the extra in a casserole dish.
