1 pkg. macaroni, cooked al dente in salted water
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
1 stick margarine
salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt margarine and add flour to make roux. Add milk and
cheese and cook until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Add
macaroni and heat thoroughly.
