1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
3 slices torn bread
1 egg
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 c milk
1/4 c minced onion

Sauce: 1/2 c ketchup
6 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Combine aqll the ingredients. Shape into a loaf pan and cook for 1- 1 1/2 hours at 350º. About 15 min. before it is finished, drain off the fat and add the sauce.
