2 lbs stew meat, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 large onion, wedged
2 potatoes, cubed
2 Tbsp "minute" tapioca
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish or slow cooker, layer meat and veggies in order. Sprinkle tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix soup and water. Pour over all. Cover, bake 225º for 5 hours or on LOW in slow cooker all day. Stir once or twice during cook time.
