3 c flour
1tsp salt
1 c shortening
1 egg well beaten
5 T cold water
1 or 2 tsp vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Cut flour and salt into shortening, until crumbly. Mix egg, water and vinegar together and add dry mix. Divide dough into 4ths, roll each on floured board, to size of pan size, rather thin.
