2 cups of already cooked sweet potatoes
2 eggs yellows (white of eggs are for top)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 T of butter
Nutmeg & Cinnamon to taste
Drop of Vanilla
1/2 tsp of flour if too soupy
Directions:

Mix all above ingredients and pour into pie shell, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
