Bottom layer;
2/3 c.chopped pecans or walnuts. Reserve 2 tbsp.
1 c. butter softened,
2 c. flour,
2 tsp. sugar,

Filling:
8 oz cream cheese,
1 c. powder sugar,
1/2 of 12 oz Cool Whip,
3 c. milk,
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding,
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding

Heat oven to 350º In 9x13" cake pan, combine bottom layer ingredients, mix well and press into pan. Bake 20 min Let cool completley.

In med. bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, 1c. Cool whip. Beat until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Set in refrig.
In large bowl combine milk & pudding mixes. Beat well, pour on top of cream cheese layer. Chill at least 1 hour. Top with remaining cool whip, sprinkle with nuts. Keep refrigerated!

You can use almost any flavor pudding (all chocolate, all vanilla, butterscotch, etc.)
