3 lb chuck roast
1 can of beer
2 tbsp beef soup base
1 small onion, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º
In a frying pan, brown roast on both sides
Put roast, beer, onion and beef soup base in a Dutch Oven pan
Cover and cook 1 hour per pound
After cooked remove from oven and shred with a fork
Serve on bread of choice
