Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix---made according to directions on the box.
Powdered Sugar
Half gallon of Favorite Ice Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put wax paper on jelly roll pan. Pour cake mix batter on wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes--or until done. Let cool 10 minutes. You will need a cotton cloth (cotton dish towel). Spread out and sprinkle powdered sugar on the towel---making a cover of sugar so you can't see the cloth.
Flip cake over onto powdered sugar covering. Peel off wax paper. Take softened ice cream and slice/spread over cake roll, keeping the ice cream 2 inches from top edge, where you would start rolling. Start to roll carefully, cake is still warm. May break but keep rolling. Wrap roll in tin foil and freeze until serve.
