4 large or 6 medium boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (or fresh ones, sautéed)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cooking sherry

1. Place chicken in lightly sprayed 9" x 13" pan.
2. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over chicken
and mushrooms.
Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hrs. Serve over rice.
