1 box yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil

TOPPING:
4 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix well with a spoon; beat with mixer 4 min.
2. Line tube pan (bottom) with waxed paper. Do
not grease the pan!
3. Pour half the batter in the pan and sprinkle with
half the topping.
4. Pour the rest of the batter in and put on the rest
of the topping.
5. Bake in 350º oven about 50-60 min.
6. Cool completely before removing from pan.

A family friend, Virginia Sipps, brought this to our house after my grandmother died 30+ years ago. This has been made more times than I can probably count. It is a "staple" in our house for any special breakfasts! The green color makes it interesting to look at but it is SO moist!
