1 loaf (16 oz.) Cinnamon Swirl bread, cubed
3/4 c. dried cranberries or raisins
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. half and half or milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place bread cubes and cranberries in greased
3-qt. dish.
2. Mix eggs, half-and-half and vanilla. Pour over
all. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. or overnight.
Uncover.
3. Bake at 350º for 45 min. or until golden brown
and set in center. Sprinkle with cinnamon-
sugar. Serve with butter and syrup.
