2 (8 oz.) pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise)
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
3/4 c. raw green peppers, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. raw broccoli, chopped
3/4 c. raw cauliflower, chopped
3/4 c. tomato, chopped
1 small can black olives, chopped or sliced
1 shredded carrot
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Roll out crescent rolls on ungreased 10" x 15"
2. Bake 10-12 min. at 375 until golden
3. Mix cream cheese, Miracle Whip and ranch
dressing until fluffy
4. Spread on cool crust; top with vegetables and
5. Cover with waxed paper and press down
slightly. Chill and serve.

Best if sits for a few hours! When we lived in New Jersey, the
neighborhood women found any excuse for a "Night Out"! This
came from Cindy Roros, a neighbor across the street. It was a
favorite at Bunco Night!
