1 1/3 cup of granulated surger
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups plus 1 tbsp rounded up of pumkin
2/3 cups of butter milk
1 3/4 cups of regular flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of soda
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of all spice
1/4 tsp of ginger

Mix in large bowl with mixer and spread in a lightly sprayed 9x13 pan
Bake at 350º 30 - 35 minutes
