6 cups cream
6 cups milk
3 cups sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tsp. vanilla extract
3/8 tsp. salt
3 - 1 oz. square semi-sweet chocolate
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, mix cocoa and sugar, and gradually stir in milk. Stir over low heat until cocoa and sugar are combined. Cool to room temperature. Stir in vanilla, salt, and cream. Add coarsley grated chocolate, 1/2 of marshmallows, and nuts. Freeze in ice cream maker. Add other 1/2 of marshmallows.
