3 Cups Left-Over Mashed Potatoes
2 Large Eggs
3 Packages Sweet & Low (or sugar)
4 Tbl. Flour
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except for flour. Add flour to well blended mixture. Drop heaping tablespoons into a hot skillet with enough Crisco oil to fry good (medium heat). When brown, flip over. Watch carefully.
