1 Peck Beans (String and Break Up)
1/2 Gallon Onions (Peeled and Cup Up)
1/2 Gal Cucumbers (Cut Up)
1 Jar Mustard
1 Quart Vinegar
2 Lbs. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beans until tender. Salt onions and cucumbers and let stand over night. Drain the next morning. Mix mustard, vinegar and brown sugar. Pour water off of beans and add to mustard mixture. Cook all 1/2 hour.
