1 c butter, softened
1 c confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract Filling:
2 c all-purpose flour 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
˝ tsp salt 1 c confectioners’ sugar
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Topping: 1 tsp vanilla extract
˝ c semisweet chocolate chips ˝ c finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp butter ˝ c flaked coconut
2 tbsp water
˝ c confectioners’ sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Make a deep indentation in the center of each cookie. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until the edges just start to brown. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. For the filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add pecans and coconut; mix well. Spoon ˝ teaspoon into each cookie. For topping, heat chocolate chips, butter and water in a small saucepan until melted. Stir in sugar. Drizzle over cookies.
