Grasshopper Torte Recipe

Chocolate Wafer Crust -
1-1/2 c Finely Crushed Chocolate Wafers (1 box or 30 wafers)
6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

Torte -
64 Large Marshmallows or 6 c Miniature
1 c Milk
1/2 c Green Crème De Menthe
6 Tablespoons White Crème De Cacao
3 c Chilled Whipping Cream

Chocolate Wafer Crust - Mix crumbs and butter. If desired reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture firmly and evenly against bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
Torte - Melt marshmallows and milk in microwave, stirring several times to blend. Chill until thickened. Blend in liqueurs.
In chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff. Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Pour into chilled crust. If desired, sprinkle with grated semisweet chocolate (or cookie crust crumbs). Chill at least 3 hours or until set.
