1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 16 oz can Hersheys chocolate syrup
1 cup self-rising flour

1/3 cup Pet milk
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cake - Cream 1 stick margarine and 1 cup sugar. Add 4 eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, syrup, and flour and stir until mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Icing - Mix 1 stick margarine, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup Pet milk and boil for 2 minutes after reaching boiling point. Then add semi sweet chips and stir until chips melt. Pour over cake while still hot.
