1 egg
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded Muenster cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, combine egg, flour, salt, pepper and half of the milk. Using rotary beater, beat until smooth. Add remaining milk. Beat until blended. Stir in one half the cheese. Pour into well greased 8" pie pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake until melted. About 20 minutes.
For Grilled Pizza Sandwich:
Stir 1/4 cup fine chopped pepperoni or Salami and 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning in batter.
For Grilled Hot Dog Sandwich:
Stir in 2 Hotdogs sliced thin.
