3 lbs of Chicken Thighs
3 cans of biscuit dough
Chicken broth
salt and pepper

CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS

1.Wash 3 lbs chicken thighs with cold water.
2.Place chicken in large pan and cover with water. Add a little salt and pepper.
3.Bring chicken to a boil, turn down heat to medium. CoveR and boil for approximately 1 hour until chicken pulls away from the bone.
4.Remove chicken and continue boiling broth on medium heat.
5.Using three cans of biscuit dough tear apart into bite size pieces and add to boiling broth. Boil in medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.
6.Cut up chicken pieces and remove the bones.
7.Add chicken back to broth with dough. Add salt and pepper to taste.
