For Shrimp:
1 oz Butter
5 oz Shrimp (peeled and deveined - 50/60 count)
4 Kalamata Olives
2 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 oz Feta Cheese (crumbled)
For Sauce:
1/2 c Sun Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 c Lemon Juice
1/4 c Lime Juice
1/4 c Garlic (Chopped)
1/2 c Dry White Wine
5 tbl Sugar
1 c Heavy Cream
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
2 tbl Butter (cut in small pieces)

Directions:
For Sauce: Add sun dried tomatoes, lemon and lime juice, garlic, wine, and sugar in a saucepan. Stir and cook until reduced in half. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper. Simmer until thickens. On medium to low heat, slowly add butter until melted. Remove pan from heat when all the butter is incorporated. For Shrimp: Add butter to saute` pan, tilting to coat. Pour excess butter out. Saute` shrimp, olives and sun dried tomoates until shrimp turns opaque. Toss shrimp and shrimp together and serve.
