8 hamburger patties
1 can pizza sauce
salt
8 slices Mossarello Cheese
8 sandwich buns, split
oregano
pepper
1 jar (2-1/2 oz.) Sliced Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle hamburgers with sat and pepper and broil about 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of donesness. Butter snadwich buns. Broil bottom half of buns until lightly toasted. Top each with 1 cooked hamburger. Tope each hamburger with 1 tbsp pizza sauce, dash oreganok, 1 slice cheese, a sceond tbsp of pizza sauce and a few mushrooms. Broil hamburgers and top half of sandwich buns 3 to 5 minutes or until topping is heated through and buns are toasted. Serve immediately
