Rice;
6 1/2 cup water
1/2 cups chicken broth
2 1/2 cups wild rice

Other ingredients;

1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tabl. grated orange zest

Dressing;

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, water and chicken broth in saucepan and boil for 40 mins.
Add cranberries, raisins, onions, pine nuts parsley, and orange zest to cooked and cooled rice mixture.
Next, mix the orange juice, vinegar, and olive oil together and pour over rice.
Chill and serve
