4 to 6 pork chops
2 to 3 tbsp oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 tsp cumin
5 to 6 drops hot sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in oil. When brown on both sides, take out of pan and set aside. In same pan, saute onions and peppers until slightly soft. Remove excess oil. Put pork chops back in pan and add remaining ingredients. Cook for about 30 to 35 minutes or until pork is tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
