"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Banana Walnut Pancakes, by Jennifer Spitler, is from Cooking While Drinking Wine ,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
Make your typical pancake or waffle mix using the 2 cup recipe from the box. Add 1 banana and a handful of walnuts or to taste. Cook, then top with butter and syrup. You can add sliced bananas and walnuts for show if you like. Yum! Yum!
Easy and delicious. A great way to use up your old bananas.
