1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 cup buttermilk
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can creamed corn
1/2 cup oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups grated cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese in mixing bowl. Pour half of mixture in greased pan. Spread grated cheese on mixture, pour other mixture on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
