2 medium sized zucchini squash
2 tbl. olive oil
1 pinch red crushed red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch dry basil
1/2 brick grated fresh parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash zucchini. Slice into rounds, and place in glass baking dish. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients, except for cheese, and brush onto both sides of zucchini squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Return to oven under broiler until melted. Serve immediately.
