1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 T. celery salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 T. Accent

Directions:
Apply heavy coat of seasoning to meat. Roast to desired doneness. To make au jus: save all the bones and trimmings and boil about 2 hours with onion, garlic, carrots, bay leaf and water to cover.
