1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 ripe bananas
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Smash bananas in a bowl, set aside.
3. Combine all other ingredient's in a large bowl. Mix in bananas.
4. Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Pour batter into pan.
5. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove.
6. To store, wrap in aluminum foil.
