1 9" baked pastry shell
1 Can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 C. fresh squeezed key lime juice
1 tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, key lime juice together until well blended. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill. Spread Cool Whip on top. If you like a creamier pie, mix Cool Whip in with rest of filling ingredients, pour into shell and chill.

Note: If you are worried about uncooked egg yolks, put beaten egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice in pan over boiling water and stirring constantly, cook 5 minutes. Let cool and then fill pie shell and refrigerate.
