12 oz kernel almond paste
2 C sugar
2 Eggs
2 C flour
2 sticks margarine
1/2 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble kernel almond paste into bowl. Add all ingredients and mix with hands.

Bake in ungreased 11 x 13 pan at º350 for 30 minutes or until light brown. Brush with egg or cream and sprinkle with almond slivers and sugar if desired.
