2 2/3 C flour
1 t salt
2/3 C peanut butter - room temp
1 t vanilla
2 t baking soda
1 C butter
1 C sugar
2 Eggs
5 dozen chocolate kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In lg bowl, with mixer at med speed, beat butter and peanut butter until well blended. Add 1 C sugar and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture until combined.

Using level tablespoon for each shape into 5 dozen balls. Roll each ball in granulated sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at º350 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and press one unwrapped chocolate kiss in center of each. Bake again for 2 more minutes.

Remove cookies and place on wire rack to cool. Let cool completely prior to serving. Can be stored in freezer in a zip lock storage bag.
