1 bag of 50 caramels
2/3 C evaporated milk
1 pkg of German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 C melted butter
1 C nuts - chopped
1 C chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan:
Mix caramels and 1/2 C of milk. Cook on low till melted. Set aside.

In Bowl:
Combine cake mix, butter, milk and nuts. Mix until dough sticks together well.

In Cake Pan:
Grease and flour 9 x 13 cake pan. Press 1/2 of cake batter into pan. Bake at º350 for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips and pour caramel mix over the top. Break and dollop remaining cake mixture over top. Bake for 15-18 more minutes.

Cool before serving.
