4 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup diced green chile
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1-13 3/4 ounce can chicken broth
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded sharp process American cheese
snipped chives

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine and cook carrots, green chile and onions until tender but not brown. Blend in flour, add milk and chicken broth. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in chicken, wine, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce. Heat through. Add cheese and stir until melted. Garnish with snipped chives. Serve with warm flour tortillas
