4 eggs
1-2/3 C. granulated sugar
1 C. oil
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Cup canned pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well, add pumpkin and beat well. Mix dry ingredients together with wire whisk and beat into creamed mixture. Spread in a 15x10x1" pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.


Cream Cheese Icing:
13 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. confectioner's sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese together and mix until fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Add sugar, a little at a time, beating well, until smooth. Spread on cooled bars, sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
