1/2 loaf bread
3/4 cup raisins
3 eggs, beaten
4 c milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Tear bread into 1/2" pieces amd put in ungreased casserole
2. Pour boiling water over raisings, then drain
3. Mix eggs, sugar vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in mixing bowl, add milk and beat well.
4. Mix raisins and bread pieces in casserole
5. Pour milk mixture over bread and raisins.
6. Bake for about 1 hour until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
