3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. fresh fish fillets
3 med. white potatoes
salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 tbsp. butter in baking dish. Line dish with potatoes, thinly sliced. Add the fish fillets (flounder is best). Sprinkle with salt to taste. Pour soup over the fish and potatoes. Melt 2 tbsp. butter with lemon juice and pour over top. Bake at 450 degree for 30-35 minutes or until fish and potatoes are done. Serve hot. You may place thinly sliced onions over the potatoes if desired.
