2 or 3 pork chops seasoned with salt, pepper and Accent
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 can chicken broth
1 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown seasoned pork chops in olive oil, remove chops and deglaze pan with a quarter cup of chicken broth. Put rice in bottom of dish, pour in the rest of the chicken broth and top with pork chops.
Place tomatoes, onion and green pepper on top-cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour until rice is cooked.
