2 pastry crusts

1/2 C chopped onion
6 T butter
1/2 C flour
3 C chicken broth
3 C cubed cooked chicken
1 10oz frozen mixed peas and carrots - cooked and drained
1/4 C pimiento

Directions:
Directions:
Bake bottom crust at 450 for 10-12 minutes until light brown

In saucepan, cook onion and butter till tender, do not brown. Blend in flour and 1 t salt. Add broth. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly, add remaining ingredients. Heat till bubbling. Pour into pie crust, top with remaining crust.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until top crust is brown and inside filling is bubbling.
