1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup chopped nuts
3 1/2 cups flour

Blend both sugars, butter, oil and eggs. To this, add the salt, baking soda, cream of tartar, and vanilla. Then add the coconut, Rice Krispies, oatmeal, nuts and flour. Beat until fluffy.
Drop by teaspoonful on a Pam sprayed or greased cookie sheet. Take a fork dipped in sugar and press down on each cookie. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
