Potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4" slices
Salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes until almost done. Mix the soup and sour cream together, and pour over the potatoes in a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350º until bubbly.

For more potato flavor, steam the potatoes rather than boiling them. Use more or less cheese, depending on your own preference.
