1 C uncooked rice
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans - water, white wine or sherry
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 t paprika
1 lg carrot - chopped
1 C fresh green beans - cut up
1 Med green or red pepper
1 can of corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in bottom of crock pot. Pour water over rice. Mix canned soups and dry soup mix in a bowl, pour over rice. Add veggies. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cook on low all day 4-6 hours
