2 packages fresh, or frozen green beans that have thawed.
washed w/ ends trimmed.

olive oil (to cover bottom and prevent sticking.)
3 T toasted sesame oil
3 T soy sauce
parmesab / romano cheese blend, grated,
meat optional. ie, sliced sandwich turkey.

Directions:
heat some olive oil in the bottom of a pan, add the green
beans. drizzle some toasted sesame oil over green beans,
as well as soy sauce and let it cook med / hi heat stirring
occasionally.

depending on amount of green beans, or whether thick, or thin
french type, it can take 30 to 45 minutes. I like mine slightly
blackened.

once cooked, add sliced turkey meat, more soy sauce and
sprinkle w/ parmesian / romano cheese on top.

an easy healthy meal.
