2 pkgs. strawberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
2 pkgs. sliced strawberries

1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add thawed berries and undrained pineapple (do not drain berries or pineapple!). When almost set, place half of Jello in mold. Cover with sour cream, then add the rest of the Jello. Chill until firm.

Personal Notes:
If desired, placed sliced bananas in bottom of mold before adding first layer of Jello. I use a Pyrex baking dish instead of a mold, and cut in squares for serving.
