3# chicken, roasted and cut into strips
4 green onions, sliced thin
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 bunch cilantro (Chinese parsley)
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2oz. fried rice sticks

Dressing:
1/2 tsp. each dry mustard and grated lemon peel
1 T. each sugar and honey
2 T. each soy sauce and lemon juice
Dash of tabasco
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Put the chicken in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Refrigerate until just before serving, then add lettuce, onion, cilantro, seeds, and rice sticks.
