Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For 1 delicious smoothie serving:
(portions may vary)
4 - 5 large sized fresh strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 c. of Gatorade
1/2 c. of OJ
2 scoops of frozen pineapple or orange sherbet

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse strawberries thoroughly and remove the leaves.
2. Place all of the ingredients in the blender, and blend on high for about a minute or until completely smooth. * If the mixture is not blending well, try adding more Gatorade or OJ.
3. Pour your tasty treat into a frozen glass cup, add an umbrella on the top, and take a break from your day to rejuvenate.

** If you are seeking antioxidants in your smoothie, add some blueberries to the mix. You can easily change the flavor of your smoothie by addiing different types of Gatorade and sherbet. If you don't like swallowing vitamins every morning, you can also add the powder from the capsules such as Vitamin C to your drink. Don't hesitate to substitute other fruits or juices for those listed above. For extremely hot days, try adding ice (or frozen cubes of Gatorade/OJ) or using frozen strawberries to make your drink extra cool.
