3 tablespoon light rum
2 teaspoons orange liqueur, Triple Sec or Cointreau
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon unsweetened pineapple juice
4 ice cubes
Directions:
Directions:
Combine rum, orange liqueur, lime and pineapple juices, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and stain into a martini glass or serve on the rock. Garnish with pineapple.
